To help amateur and professional athletes increase their speed and run faster without having to use supplements, illegal drugs, feeling sore or train at the gym 7 days a week by using eastern and western field tested speed drills, exercises, and techniques that have been scientifically proven to make you run faster even if you are NOT genetically born to be fast, have short legs, weak legs, and DO NOT have the athletic gift for speed
… and, I’ve been doing this for over 20 years so let’s get the party started!
