Dear Fellow Speed Enthusiast,
My name is Tai (pronounced “tie”) and I’ve been training people how to run faster for over 20 years.
I created this speed training blog after leaving Gold’s Gym Tech Ridge in Austin, Texas as their Lead Personal Trainer.
In this speed training blog, I want to help amateur and professional athletes increase their speed and run faster without having to:
- Use bullshit supplements
- Illegal drugs
- Feeling sore
- Pulling hamstrings, or
- Train 7 days a week
I will share with you a combination of the eastern martial arts principles and western speed training techniques, drills, and exercises, that have been scientifically proven to make you run faster even if you are NOT genetically born to be fast, have short legs, weak legs, and DO NOT have the athletic gift for speed!
